Torindaro - The Golden Home Above the Bay
To Rise From the Ashes into the Sky
Tor = Tower/Hill, In = Inn/Home, Dar = Bay/water, O = Masculine/Strength - Pronounced Tore-in-daar-row

Location
Founded by survivors atop a weathered hill overlooking Winyah Bay on the coast of what was once the U.S. state of South Carolina, Torindaro stands where land, river, and sea converge. To the north, the wide waters of Winyah Bay open toward the Atlantic, To the south, Minim Creek winds through dark cypress groves and flooded lowlands, its slow current threading deep into the forested interior.
The city is encircled by marsh and moss-draped woodland alone at the mercy of nature and death. From its elevated perch, Torindaro commands the waterways below, watching over the crossing of river and bay as both guardian and gatekeeper.
Soon, the map will not show country borders or roads.Overview
